If you would like to learn more about your PC we offer tailored training from basic system maintenance, emailing and internet browsing to re-installing Windows and advanced use of Microsoft Office. You can learn image editing and manipulation, basic video editing, how to shop online and use social networking programs and websites like Skype and Facebook. These classes can be organised as packages or hour blocks to teach you what you want to know, and are delivered at your home using your computer. Groups are welcome.
When you are experiencing problems with your PC, it can be difficult to quickly find a repair solution and to transport the system to another location. We aim to make computer problem solving easier for our clients by coming to your home at a time that suits you. Alternatively, we can setup your PC for remote access so you can avoid a callout fee for those problems we can fix remotely.
